The Answer is simple, USE THE BRUSH THAT WORKS THE BEST FOR YOU!
We suggest ONLY A SOFT BRISTLED BRUSH FOR YOUR TEETH!
Medium or Hard Bristles are Great for cleaning tile or bathrooms
but your gums and teeth are too precious to scrub away.
So are the “old-fashioned” manual toothbrushes ok?
YES,
if this criteria is met

soft brustled-medium or hard can damage delicate gums or tooth surfaces

no frayed, bent bristle ends-split ends can damage teeth and gums
-
use with a genle soft stroke-try holding brush like a pencil for pressure
-
brush for appropriate time-until all surfaces are clean (about 2 minutes)
